Established in 2000, HyCOMB is an expert in the production of honeycomb composite materials, including aluminum honeycomb cores, ultra-microcellular aluminum honeycomb core, aluminum honeycomb panel, stainless steel honeycomb panel, stone honeycomb panel, bendable stone honeycomb panel, porcelain honeycomb panel, translucent marble, honeycomb furniture, and various interlocking clips with enterprise patents. We also have an automatic production line for aluminum honeycomb cores, aluminum honeycomb composite panels and stone honeycomb composite panels.

As the only product system that has passed the US NOA hurricane test out of all of our domestic counterparts, HyCOMB products are also certified to SGS, PSB, ASTM and other international standards, and are widely used in a number of industries, including interior and exterior cladding, new energy automobiles, home furnishing, shipbuilding, lighting, aerospace, and more.

The aluminum honeycomb panel is a composite panel known for its light weight, high strength, excellent flatness, large surface, easy installation, easy maintenance, eco-friendly, reusability, excellent resistance to thermal expansion and contraction and durability. The wind pressure resistance is also much higher than that of an aluminum-plastic panel and aluminum veneer, making it among the first choice of lightweight materials in the construction industry.

Backed by years of development and expertise, we are certified to ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system standards, and have been awarded 42 different national patents, including one for an ultra-thin bendable natural stone composite panel. We have also participated in compiling 6 industrial and national standards for the honeycomb panel industry.

Since the very beginning, we have been dedicated to the research of honeycomb composite material processes, tool production, and industry standard formulation. Through the establishment of our research and development center, the team of corporate engineers has continuously developed and innovated a series of products in response to industry needs, while gradually improving production processes and quality management processes. Our technicians have accumulated scientific knowledge from the long-term participation in nearly a 1,000 industry-university-research projects to improve their ability to solve problems.

With the vision of “based in China and looking at the world”, HyCOMB has factories in the Science and Technology Industrial Park in Foshan city, and direct branches in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Hong Kong to meet the changing needs and industry standards of various regions with more reasonable comprehensive cost, better quality and higher efficiency, thus meeting changes in global localization.

HyCOMB is proud to provide consulting and manufacturing services for large scale projects around the world and has participated in more than 100 domestic and international projects over the past 20 years. A few of the more well-known domestic projects include Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, the Venetian Hotel in Macao, and Bank of Chongqing. A few of the more prominent international projects include Kensington Row in London, UK; Elm Street in Dallas, USA; and Grammacy 28 in Manhattan, New York, USA.
